Project aims to improve the protection environment in northern Syria through the provision of services to vulnerable women and children and strengthening the capacity of local protection actors, specifically related to gender-based violence (GBV) and child protection (CP). The project will target the community level to support GBV survivors and mitigate the risk of GBV cases, address factors leading to child recruitment/labor, and other conflict related protection risks by supporting women and children safe spaces. These spaces will serve as a foundation from which to engage the community in providing direct activities and establishing mobile outreach teams.
